Additional Information, Terms & Conditions
A base travel fee is due at the time of securing the wedding date, usually this is paid with the trial service.
Final & accurate count of each attendant and services required for the day of is due at the time of booking. Please check with all party members, this is to ensure everyone is able to get all the services they require, within a timely manor.
If an attendant is more then 15 min late for their service to be completed, their appointment will be canceled and they will be charged the full amount. Unfortunately, time is not something we can waste and it is extremely important that we follow as much to the schedule as possible for everything to run smoothly, stress free AND on time!!!
Once the digital consultation form is completed it is agreed that you have read the terms and conditions, all fees are non-negotiable or refundable. All cancelations for wedding parties need to be done at least with a 14 day notice, if not notified in a substantial amount of time 1/2 of the services expected for the day of will be charged. If for any reason you do not agree with these terms, please feel free to contact The Lost Siren Hair Studio.
